What to Expect

You will be treated as an honored and respected guest. You will not be embarrassed and in keeping with our goal to carefully follow the Bible, our worship includes only activities that are authorized in the New Testament. On each Sunday, the first day of the week, we partake of the Lord’s Supper which is a memorial of our Savior’s death (Acts20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:24-26). We offer praise to God and edify one another in song (Colossians 3:16), and we offer prayers of supplication and thanksgiving (1 Timothy 2:1-2). The sermons are designed to exhort and instruct and are based on the word of God (2 Timothy 4:2). Only on Sunday do we pass the collection plate so members can give as they have purposed in their hearts (1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 9:7). Our visitors should not feel under any obligation to contribute but may do so if they desire.

On Sunday, when we engage in worship, we also have Bible classes for all ages. We offer opportunities for everyone, age one and up, to study God’s Word at a level that can be understood. Please accept this invitation to visit with the church on Center Point Road whenever Christians meet.

Thank you for visiting.
